Walking Dead Comic Book Collection
For Sale on craigslist!

As a collector, naturally I Always check the classifieds. And today I found a nice collection of Walking Dead comicbooks for sale on craigslist.
Seller says, he has fallen upon hard times and Needs to sell.
(Just the kind of seller I like.)
Question is, just how bad does he need to sell? I mean, he seems to know the value of his Walking Dead collection. So that his price is a little steep. Still, after reporting on the MyComicShop.com auction for a Walking Dead #1A CGC 9.8 that sold for $1550.00, maybe the seller's price isn't too bad.
And he does say he is willing to negotiate. Note however that the is no #1 issue in this lot. Except for the Walking Dead Survivors Guide #1 which the seller claims is in Near Mint condition.

Seller's Description

For sale is my Walking Dead Comic collection. I have been collecting for a few years now and have been able to come across some great comics and people, but unfortunately in life, bad things happen, so I am selling them in order to pay for some expenses that need to be taken care of.

All of the comics are FIRST PRINTS and are NOT weekly editions. These are the real deal. I do have some "2nd" editions, but they are of comic-con variants which are extremely rare and limited in the amount of prints. These are highly sought after. Feel free to check out eBay for the prices of these comics and see that these are extremely hot right now.
